Man is the most fascinating "element" in the entire framework of our professional activities (and not just there!). By identification of certain sets of similar attributes or roles, individuals are being split into different "target groups".

  • What are their core characteristics in the actual context?
  • How do they "tick"? And why?
  • And – mostly even more relevant: To what end do they / what are their (mainly unconscious) intentions to react the way they do – today like this and maybe tomorrow in a totally different way?
